Jonathan Arehart, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cavendo Corporation founded in 2000, has extensive experience leading and growing companies from the ground up. From early on, Jonathan led Cavendo to substantial growth, serving thousands of customers in nearly one hundred countries. Cavendo today provides custom web strategy, design, and visibility services to growing small businesses.
Jonathan’s expertise spans the areas of software and business development, web design, marketing and sales. His vision and understanding of media and the web drives the creation of successful marketing campaigns, satisfied clients and continued growth for Cavendo, now going into its tenth year in business.
Jonathan serves on the Board of the Prince William County Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce, the City of Manassas Education Foundation, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Prince William, as well as the Virginia DECA Foundation. He also supports and actively participates in several other organizations including the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and the March of Dimes. For Jonathan, it is a priority that Cavendo participate in a wide-range of community activities.
Jonathan has presented a number of seminars on social media, technology, and web communications to various groups and associations and speaks on the topics of entrepreneurship, technology, and media.
Jonathan is Cavendo's resident programming and software application development guru. His expertise includes ASP.NET, C#, C++, SQL, JavaScript and Ajax. Jonathan also serves Cavendo's business development needs.

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Serving as the Executive Vice President for Cavendo Corporation, Chris LeCompte has been with the company since 2000. Chris' role within the company primarily focuses on day-to-day activities, creative development and design, and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from George Mason University.
Chris has served positions on several other companies. He is currently an active member of CXO Advisory, a popular stock market research and review web site.
Chris is Cavendo's resident design, graphics and search engine optimization guru. He has expertise in Adobe applications including Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator as well as a solid understanding of XHTML, CSS and web standards. Chris also serves as the lead project manager.

Shelby serves as a junior designer with Cavendo for web and graphic design and assists the Cavendo team with various client projects. Her skills include proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other web and design methodologies.

Team Assistant
Katie is the team assistant for Cavendo. She joined the team in early 2008. She brings over 10 years of experience with other companies in the roles of executive assistant, business analyst and program manager. Currently her role with Cavendo focuses on day to day administrative and marketing functions.
She is an active member of the Prince William County Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce.
