Jonathan Arehart

President & Chief Executive Officer

Currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Cavendo Corporation, Jonathan Arehart founded the company in 2000. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce, where he also serves as Vice Chairman of Communications for 2008-2009 and Chair of the Technology Committee. Jonathan supports and participates in the Osbourn High School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) organization as a Professional Division Member.

Jonathan's professional experience includes starting and leading several companies. Early on, Jonathan led Cavendo to substantial growth, serving thousands of customers in nearly one-hundred countries. His career got started even earlier when he started developing software as a hobby and learning the basics of business and sales by the age of ten.

Jonathan is Cavendo's resident programming and software application development guru. His expertise includes ASP.NET, C#, C++, SQL, JavaScript and Ajax. Jonathan also serves Cavendo's business development needs.

Chris LeCompte

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Serving as the Executive Vice President for Cavendo Corporation, Chris LeCompte has been with the company since 2000. Chris' role within the company primarily focuses on day-to-day activities, creative development and design, and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from George Mason University.

Chris has served positions on several other companies. He is currently an active member of CXO Advisory, a popular stock market research and review web site.

Chris is Cavendo's resident design, graphics and search engine optimization guru. He has expertise in Adobe applications including Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator as well as a solid understanding of XHTML, CSS and web standards. Chris also serves as the lead project manager.

Katie Bauer

Team Assistant

Katie is the team assistant for Cavendo. She joined the team in early 2008. She brings over 10 years of experience with other companies in the roles of executive assistant, business analyst and program manager. Currently her role with Cavendo focuses on day to day administrative and marketing functions.

She is an active member of the Prince William County Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce.

Junior Designer

Shelby serves as a junior designer with Cavendo for web and graphic design. Her skills include proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other web and design methodologies.
